Group sessions differ from classes and workshops because these are offered in
an office or support group setting. There is a central theme, such as Divorce
Recovery, a support group for a Serious Disease, or Stress in the Workplace.
In these sessions, people are introduced to EFT techniques and issues are
addressed. Those participating can experience tremendous results.
One benefit is that group sessions are developed around a topic such as parenting,
self-esteem, finances, work situations, relationships, and performance issues.
Because of the common interest in those attending, the group sessions are
focused and efficient.
Another benefit is the value of a group sessions. The cost of a group session
us usually well below the cost of a private session. For example, a two-hour private session
would be $200 whereas a two-hour group session may be $99 for 8 hours and

Here's just a sample of ideas for group sessions, but this is by no means a complete list! Creativity and need can
new topic at any time.
- Parent groups: pregnancy, moving, schooling, confidence
- Office group: relationships, stress, peak performance
- Health issues: these could be around specific conditions such as
heart disease, breast cancer, or infertility. Pain management could
also be a group -- most support groups could benefit from an EFT group
- Business owners: self-limiting beliefs, developing new habits,
fear of failure, breaking into another income level, employee morale
There are a zillion other groups that could be formed, even under the
headings listed above. Maybe these can get your creative juices flowing
and you can be instrumental in getting a group organized.
