Personal Sessions

It is preferred that initial sessions be held in person, but after that, you can continue with Face-to-face sessions or you can see if a phone sessions is a better fit for you.

Appointment Times and Fees

Appointments may be scheduled for face-to-face or phone sessions. We recommend you plan on at least 3 sessions for most issues. In the first session, we get to know each other and you learn the basics of EFT. 99% of Sherri Lund's clients have pleasantly been surprised at the breakthroughs in this first session. However, once we get beyond the first session and get to know each other more, things can really shift!

Available Days and Times: Monday through Thursday,

11 AM - 4 PM (Central Standard Time)

Initial sessions are scheduled for a 90 minutes. Follow up sessions are an hour.
